Olivia Quayle is a Hampshire Associate Dance Artist (2013-2014) supported by Dance Up and Hampshire County Council. Through this scheme she will be exploring the fusion of dance and Cyr Wheel. She has been learning Cyr Wheel but is aiming to create something more creative than highly technical. She is interested in how the Cyr Wheel can be used coming from a dance approach rather than a circus approach. She will teach a workshop in what has discovered to the Springboard Bursees in Winchester in June.

Joli Vyann are excited to be working with Angus MacKechnie on a brand new outdoor show for this summer, based on the rickety relationships between Shakespeare’s mismatched quartet of lovers in A Midsummer Night’s Dream; set in a touring circus in the 1920s, the show will be performed across south London as part of the National Theatre’s Watch This Space outdoor touring programme.
